Feliz bonita noche ,espero hayan disfrutado el dia de hoy bastante,antes que se acabe la noche de este dia casi olvidaba compartirles está receta de mi abuela que quise hacer por primera vez ,una deliciosa torta de panela de caña de azúcar súper sencilla y que sirve para merendar,espero te guste mucho la receta que traigo para ti ,no te pierdas cada detalle.¡Vamos con los ingredientes!.

Bien amigos antes de empezar de lleno con el proceso el azúcar que tenemos en nuestra taza los 100 gr vamos a colocar una olla mediana y agregamos la panela derretida con los clavos de especias y encendemos la llama vamos a cocinar a fuego bajo y agregamos el azúcar,esto lo hacemos para que el azúcar se derrita junto el papelón,lo dejamos cinco minutos pasados los cinco minutos dejamos que enfríe a temperatura ambiente.

Después que enfríe un poco a temperatura ambiente vamos a ubicar un bowl lo suficientemente espacio para batir los otros ingredientes,vamos a agregar nuestra harina de trigo completa los 500 gr tamizada previamente ,hacemos un hoyito en el centro y vamos a agregar nuestra mantequilla las dos cucharadas juntas y agregamos el huevo.

Pasaremos después a agregar el azúcar y ahora si agregamos el papelón derretido junto con el azúcar , apartamos un poco para echarle después a nuestra bandeja donde agregaremos la mezcla,y batimos de poquito hasta mezclar estos ingredientes con la harina ,revolvemos con movimientos envolventes.

Por último llega el paso que me gusta , engrasar la bandeja que usaremos para cocinar la torta en este caso le agregamos parte del dulce de papelón que hemos conservado y agregamos nuestra mezcla,precalentamos el horno a 180° y llevamos a hornear durante 35-40 minutos.
