When I have the possibility of choosing between several fast food chains, if among them is the Mostaza hamburgers, without hesitation, I go for this one, because since I have visited some of their locations, the experience has always been positive.

One of the things I like about Mostaza's franchises, the Argentinean version of McDonald's, is that although their stores follow the brand's signage, they also add their own personal touch.

In recent days I had the opportunity to visit the headquarters located in San Telmo, an area in which the entire colonial quarter of the city is preserved, and that Mostaza kept intact not only in its facade, but also in its interior. This combination of modernity with the classic, gives it an extra touch that in my case left me fascinated in every corner I saw. The presence of green in the internal plants is something I have always admired, especially because in all the headquarters there is the same type of plant, which are known to produce oxygen and clean the environment. So it is a detail that was not left to chance or to aesthetics. Upon arrival, we placed the machines to make the order on the interactive screens, because I find it more comfortable and faster, plus it serves to train my son in its use, giving him the opportunity to see prices and manage the money we have for each outing. I have been amazed by his mathematical ability to make mental calculations in a short time.

After deciding whether we wanted beef or chicken, we took the opportunity to buy two chicken burger combos with sodas and fries, which was extremely delicious and at a very good price. The good thing about the choice was that the chicken was a pretty big milanesa that really left you satisfied, so it was worth every penny invested.

Although it was a little late, the place was not very crowded, so we were able to eat at our leisure. After finishing, we picked up the trays, deposited the garbage in the baskets, as I hate it when people leave it on the tables, and we left for home ready to sleep until the next day.

Una de las cosas que me gusta de las franquicias de Mostaza, la versión Argentina de Mc Donalds, es que sus locales aunque siguen la sintonía de lo estipulado en la señalética de la marca, también le imprimen su toque personal.

En días pasados tuve la oportunidad de visitar la sede ubicada en San Telmo, un área en la que se conserva todo el casco colonial de la ciudad, y que Mostaza mantuvo intacta no solo en su fachada, sino también en su interior. Esa combinación de modernidad con lo clásico, le da un toque extra que en mi caso me dejó fascinada en cada rincón que veía. La presencia del verde en las plantas internas es algo que siempre he admirado, sobre todo porque en todas las sedes está el mismo tipo de planta, que son conocidas por producir oxígeno y limpiar el medio ambiente. Así que es un detalle que no fue dejado al azar o al aspecto estético. Al llegar, ubicamos las máquinas para hacer la orden en las pantallas interactivas, pues me parece más cómodo y rápido, además que me sirve para entrenar a mi hijo en su uso, dándole la oportunidad de ver precios y administrar el dinero que disponemos para cada salida. De esto me ha dejado sorprendida su habilidad matemática para sacar cálculos mentales en poco tiempo.

Luego de decidir qué queríamos entre carne o pollo, aprovechamos de comprar dos combos de hamburguesa de pollo con gaseosas y papas fritas, que estaba sumamente delicioso y a muy buen precio. Lo bueno de la elección fue que el pollo era una milanesa bastante grande que realmente dejaba satisfecho, por lo que valía cada centavo invertido.

Aunque era un algo tarde, el local estaba poco concurrido, por lo que pudimos comer con tranquilidad. Ya luego de terminar, recogimos las bandejas, depositamos los desperdicios en los canastos, pues detesto que la gente los deje en las mesas, y partimos a casa ya listos para llegar a dormir hasta el día siguiente.
