Lately we have been under a lot of work pressures and social activities to the point that I hardly get to share with my little kids, with this rhythm we have been a couple of weeks and finally today I had a big break where I wanted to share every moment to the fullest with them.

Therefore I decided to give a little turn to my coffee routine, around here the strong heat wave continues and I definitely needed a dose of iced caffeine and incidentally have a new excuse to surprise my children and husband, where we all feel pampered by the coffee on our palate.

I am not an expert in innovation, but I feel that creativity is the diversity of flavors, we just have to take the risk of exploring, so without following a specific recipe I just said to myself let's go to the kitchen and work with what we have at home. In my search I stumbled upon simple and somehow very basic ingredients that when mixed together gave a delicious result, these were instant coffee, condensed milk and cow's milk, chocolate syrup, cinnamon powder, ice and chocolate chip chocolate cookie.

An incredible recipe ideal for sharing with the family and the demands of my children, since I entered the kitchen my children were very restless and wanted to be my assistants, their smiles and expectations had me very anxious and eager to finish, likewise my husband was behind the camera who was very excited and eager to finish.

When I mixed all these ingredients in the blender in no particular order, the aroma of the coffee was immediate. I decided to serve the children's portion first and then add a larger portion for my husband's and my portion. The end result was definitely not just another coffee of the day. It turned out to be a magical bubble of happiness in the middle of the coffee. It's an experience that I'm sure will remain in my children's memories.

Their delight, laughter, and love complement each other to make my Sunday an unforgettable day. In every sweet, concentrated sip of coffee, everyone's laughter was there, allowing us to connect in a unique way.

Ultimately, I don't know what to call this fabulous recipe, but what I can tell you is that it's a practical way to combine these ingredients, including the crackers my kids love to dip in their drinks before serving. I'll record it as part of our daily routine, and with it, I can confirm that simple things like coffee and a family get-together can make a difference.

La magia de un momento en familia junto al café [eng-esp]

Últimamente hemos estado bajo muchas presiones laborales y actividades sociales al punto que casi no logro compartir con mis pequeños hijos, con este ritmo llevamos un par de semanas y por fin hoy tuve un gran respiro donde quise compartir cada momento al máximo con ellos.

Por lo tanto decidí darle una pequeña vuelta a mi rutina cafetera, por aquí sigue la fuerte oleada de calor y definitivamente necesitaba una dosis de cafeína helada y de paso tener una nueva excusa para sorprender a mis hijos y esposo, donde todos nos sintiéramos consentidos por el café en nuestro paladar.

No soy experta en esto de innovar, pero siento que en la creatividad esta la diversidad de sabores, solo debemos arriesgarnos a explorar, por lo tanto sin seguir una receta en específico solo me dije vamos a la lacena y trabajemos con lo que tenemos en casa. En mi búsqueda me tropecé con ingredientes sencillos y de cierta manera muy básicos que al mezclarse dieron un delicioso resultado, estos fueron café soluble, leche condensada y leche de vaca, sirope de chocolate, canela en polvo, hielo y galleta de chocolate con chispas de chocolate.

Una increíble receta ideal para compartir en familia y las exigencias de mis niños, desde que ingrese a la cocina mis niños estaban muy inquietos y querían ser mis auxiliares, sus sonrisas y expectativas me tenían muy ansiosas y con muchas ganas de culminar, de igual manera estaba mi esposo detrás de cámara quien es mi fotógrafo favorito y mi cómplice en nuestras aventuras junto al café.

Al mezclar todos estos ingredientes sin un orden específico en la licuadora el aroma al café no se hizo esperar, decidí servir primero la porción de los niños y luego agregarle una porción mayor de café para la parte mía y de mi esposo, definitivamente el final no fue solo un café más del día, esto resulto ser una burbuja mágica de felicidad en medio del café, es una experiencia que estoy segura quedara registrada en los recuerdos de mis hijos.

Su deleite, risas y amor son el complemento para hacer de mí domingo un día inolvidable, en cada sorbo dulce y concentrado de café estaban las risas de todos y nos permitió conectar de una manera única.

Al final de cuentas no sé qué nombre darle a esta fabulosa receta, pero lo que si les puedo decir es que es una manera práctica de combinar estos ingredientes incluyendo las galletas que a mis niños les fascina remojar en su bebida antes de llevarla a la boca. La registrare como parte de nuestros hábitos y con ello les puedo confirmar que en lo sencillo como un café y una reunión familiar se puede marcar la diferencia.
