On the highways of the city when we go from Oriente to Caracas, there are many bus stops where they sell the typical roasts with pork, black pudding, and chorizo, and these buns are part of the dish. Pour the contents of the blender into a container, add the salt and stir. # >Se vierte el contenido de la licuadora en un envase, se agrega la sal y se revuelve.

Then the crushed pork rind is added to the mixture and stirred well. # Leave the pork rind soaking in the mixture for about 10 minutes to make it soft. # >Luego se agrega a la mezcla el chicharrón triturado y se revuelve bien. ># >Se deja remojando el chicharrón en la mezcla por unos 10 minutos para que quede suave.

Then add the flour and knead to form a soft and compact dough. # >Luego se agrega la harina y se amasa hasta formar una masa suave y compacta.
