Before starting a tournament in any sport, be it Soccer, Baseball, Basket or individual sport, good physical preparation is needed to be prepared when going to a tournament where the demand is high, depending on the level of competition. Whether children, youth or adults, each and every one of them must meet a physical event that keeps them firm from start to finish.

Sea de niños, juveniles o adultos, todos y cada uno de ellos debe cumplir con un acontecimiento físico que los mantenga firme de inicio a fin. --- --- --- Today I come to present the work that I had to do for the Family Training Club (FTC) brand, where I was contacted by its creator and physical trainer Jhon Álvarez. Whose job is to condition and physically prepare a group of young people from the Marítimo de Miranda Football team, whose age is between 14 and 16 years old. Jhon is the creator of the FTC physical preparation system, which is responsible for giving exercises at a motor level that involves the whole body for an optimal and quality preparation in the athlete. >Hoy vengo a presentarles el trabajo que me tocó realizar para la marca Family Training Club(FTC) dónde fui contactado por su creador y preparador físico Jhon Álvarez. Cuyo trabajo es que condicionar y preparar a nivel físico a un grupo de jóvenes del equipo de Fútbol del Marítimo de Miranda, cuya edad está entre los 14 y 16 años. Jhon es creador del sistema de preparación física de FTC, que se encarga de dar ejercicios a nivel motriz que involucra todo el cuerpo para una preparación óptima y de calidad en el deportista. --- --- --- I liked his proposal from the first moment and from there I saw a training session to understand his work system. These guys had an hour and a half of pure physical event for the tournament that they are going to play at the end of the month in Maracay together with other great teams in the state, so their coach gave Jhon the responsibility of their preparation and he called me to register said physical practice. >Me gustó su propuesta desde el primer momento y de allí ví un entrenamiento para entender su sistema de trabajo. Estos chicos tuvieron una hora y media de puro acontecimiento físico para el torneo que van a disputar final de mes en Maracay junto a otros grandes equipos del estado, por eso su entrenador le dió la responsabilidad de su preparación a Jhon y este me llamo para registrar dicha práctica física. --- --- --- Here is the video of the boys.
