Saludos queridos Hivers ¿Cómo se encuentran? Espero sea muy bien. En esta nueva oportunidad comparto con ustedes un reto que decidimos realizar @johnlinares, @stypaternina y mi persona de ver quién podría realizar más Pull-Ups.

Greetings dear Hivers, how are you? I hope very well. In this new opportunity I share with you a challenge that we decided to do @johnlinares, @stypaternina and myself to see who could do more Pull-Ups.

Este reto entre nosotros, se nos ocurrió mientras el parque en el sector de Tiquire Flores estaba siendo culminado, mientras esperábamos quisimos probar nuestras fuerzas.

El ganar con 40 pull ups, fue @stypaternina el segundo lugar con 21 pull ups fue mi persona y de tercer lugar con 20 pull ups @johnlinares. Cuando culminamos Stifen se le ocurrió una brillante idea, la cual es que en cada parque donde practiquen calistenia y Street Workout, se reúnan 3 amigos y vean cuandas pull ups pueden realizar, en nuestro caso logramos hacer la cantidad de 81 pull ups, así que esperamos sus resultados.

The winner with 40 pull ups, was @stypaternina the second place with 21 pull ups was me and third place with 20 pull ups @johnlinares. When we finished Stifen came up with a brilliant idea, which is that in each park where they practice calisthenics and Street Workout, 3 friends get together and see how many pull ups they can do, in our case we managed to do the amount of 81 pull ups, so we look forward to your results.
