Hola amigos de empowert talento, es un gusto acompañarles en la iniciativa de la semana, hablando de como cultivamos nuestra mente y qué tipo de persona sabemos que somos, en un autoanálisis constante de nuestro ser, el mirar en retrospectiva y ver cómo lo hemos hecho y cambiar progresivamente las cosas que no nos suman.

Con el tiempo nuestros intereses cambian, nuestros gustos e incluso nuestra percepción de la vida. Una de las cosas que siempre recuerdo con cariño fue que tuve una infancia muy bonita, llena de fantasía, que mi familia hacía posible, yo era muy imaginativa y eso aún no ha cambiado, sigo siendo soñadora y ahora como mamá quiero que mis hijos puedan lograr y vivir cosas que yo no viví por falta de oportunidades.

Recuerdo que de pequeña no realicé ningún deporte porque donde vivía no había nada donde inscribirme e ir al centro era lejos, por lo que me limitaba al deporte de la escuela, sin embargo, quise que mis hijos sí vivieran esa experiencia y me esforcé para ellos.

Hello, friends of empowert talento. It is a pleasure to accompany you in this week's initiative, talking about how we cultivate our minds and what kind of people we know we are, in a constant self-analysis of our being, looking back and seeing how we have done and progressively changing the things that do not add to us. Over time, our interests change, as do our tastes and even our perception of life. One of the things I always remember fondly is that I had a very beautiful childhood, full of fantasy, which my family made possible. I was very imaginative, and that has not changed. I am still a dreamer, and now as a mother, I want my children to be able to achieve and experience things that I did not experience due to a lack of opportunities. I remember that as a child I didn't play any sports because where I lived there was nowhere to sign up and the center was far away, so I was limited to school sports. However, I wanted my children to have that experience and I worked hard for them.

Recuerdo que al mayor lo inscribí en béisbol, pero con el tiempo me di cuenta, ya que él no quería hacer deportes y por más que lo motive no quiso, mi segundo hijo si ya de adolescente comenzó a practicar voleibol, ha desde más pequeño a él le gustaba hacer ejercicios y actualmente sigue esforzado con el levantamiento de pesas, yo lo llevo, lo traigo, lo acompaño y siempre al igual que su papá, estamos ahí para él.

Con el más pequeño lo inscribimos en fútbol y poco a poco ha mejorado, pero él, además de eso, tiene muchos otros talentos que quisiera estimular, como la música. Él tiene buen oído para los sonidos y tiene una voz muy bonita, y cultivar sus talentos es algo que me llena de mucho entusiasmo.

Yo misma, pese a mis ocupaciones del día a día, cultivo ese jardín de conocimientos a través del estudio constante. Este semestre inscribo mi trabajo especial de grado para convertirme en magíster y es algo que me entusiasma mucho: una meta más cumplida, llena de desafíos y esfuerzos.

I remember signing my eldest son up for baseball, but over time I realized that he didn't want to play sports, and no matter how much I encouraged him, he didn't want to. My second son, however, started playing volleyball as a teenager. Since he was little, he has liked to exercise, and he currently continues to work hard at weightlifting. I take him there, I bring him back, I accompany him, and, like his dad, we are always there for him.

We enrolled our youngest son in soccer, and he has gradually improved, but he also has many other talents that I would like to encourage, such as music. He has a good ear for sounds and a very beautiful voice, and cultivating his talents is something that fills me with great enthusiasm.

Despite my daily activities, I cultivate that garden of knowledge through constant study. This semester, I am submitting my special thesis to become a master's degree holder, and it is something that excites me greatly: another goal achieved, full of challenges and efforts.

Soy de esas mamás que siempre están ahí, una mamá muy presente. Mi círculo social es pequeño, no ando con grupos muy grandes, aun cuando me gusta socializar, porque he aprendido que menos es más en muchos casos. Igualmente, me enfoco en actividades que me ayuden con mi crecimiento personal, con mis proyectos de vida, como los que trabajo a diario. Me enfoco en proyectos dentro de mi hogar y en cultivar todo lo bueno, lo próspero y lo necesario para mi vida y para la de mis hijos.

Veo películas, series, y aprendo de todo un poco, sin abrumarme, aprendiendo a soltar lo que no me sume, a cortar lazos con personas que traen atraso a mi vida, aunque sean muy cercanos, Entendí que mi salud emocional es importante y no la voy a dejar a cargo de terceros, por eso disfrutas de los pequeños detalles que aunque para unos sea mínimo, para mí son significativos. Cultivo mi amor propio y mi mente de forma innegociable.

I am one of those moms who is always there, a very present mom. My social circle is small; I don't hang out with large groups, even though I like to socialize, because I have learned that less is more in many cases. Likewise, I focus on activities that help me with my personal growth and my life projects, such as those I work on every day. I focus on projects within my home and on cultivating everything that is good, prosperous, and necessary for my life and that of my children.

I watch movies and series, and I learn a little bit about everything, without overwhelming myself, learning to let go of what doesn't add to my life, to cut ties with people who hold me back, even if they are very close to me. I understand that my emotional health is important and I'm not going to leave it in the hands of others, which is why I enjoy the little details that, although minimal for some, are significant for me. I cultivate my self-esteem and my mind in a non-negotiable way.
