This time I want to share my experience about the first topic, following what others have or do in hive and being envious of it.

To me it is normal to observe the achievements of those around us, the bad thing is that some feel annoyed, question and feel envious of it.

The thing is that in hive, as in life itself, envy slows our growth and personal development, because you lose focus and direction of your life and goals to be directing your time, thoughts and energies to what others have or do.

I enjoy following other hive and learn from their experiences, I can tell you that when I started many in my community @hivecuba explained to me about the hive delegations, the power up, they recommended me how to do and who to read to learn.

I admire many hive, for their passion and dedication to their growth and the growth of the platform, in my work center @theinfiltred I create a group of hive, some have achieved growth not only in reputation, also in their earnings, that makes me happy. Today, both @theinfiltred and @noni are founders of the @fivesenses community, which has broad perspectives.

On the other hand, @tonyes, has great success in @fulldeportes, recently promoted an initiative in holosandlotus.

Each person has their skills and abilities, it is not good to look at the other with envy, or compare, success depends on many factors and range from your effort and commitment to what you do to the decisions you make.

It is very important to value and admire the achievements of others, as they are a powerful tool for our development, as we can be inspired and learn.

Particularly, I think that the success of each individual contributes to the growth and progress of the whole community, I thank all those who have nurtured me with their knowledge and have helped me to be better, @theinfiltred, @lileisabel, @holosandlotus, @actifit and @cinnccf communities.

Through this post I want to embrace my community @hivecuba for all their efforts despite the difficulties because the community moves forward, encouraging entrepreneurship and the use of HBD.
