Statistics is interesting. Predicting the future is interesting. Put the two together and you have predictive modeling. Of course predictive modeling by itself isn't that exciting, so this community highlights all the creative ways you can use and abuse statistics to paint different temporal pictures.
It's about the glory when you are right and the feeling of defeat when you are wrong. But more importantly, it's about having fun.
