I love all thing Tolkein & lo and behold along came a very Hobbit-like, (without the hairyness!) pair of feet, along with the rest of said radiant being, wishing to be shod. (un-hobbit-like hmm??)

I have been super busy, which is great! Making Journals... Leather cut Paper folded Making stitching holes with the awl Stitching Adding the straps Meanwhile... Bronze hair forks out of the tumbler...

I found some really nice oil tan leather, so made two chunky journals...I love the feel of solid, heavy journals like these.... I used Hemp cording to hold the inserts and some soft deertan lace for bookmarks

Whew, these took for-ever. Life got super busy, I had to catch up on hair forks, and had to get the canning done...but today I was able to get them completed. I love how the dragonfly came out...Pyrography,
