소꼬리찜을 해먹었다. 어렵게 구한 값싼 소꼬리~ 오자마자 바로 삶고 압력밥솥에 만능찜기로 요리했다. 엄청 오래걸리지만 간편한(?) 요리이다. 보양식으로 유명하던데~ 음식하다가 이미 지쳐버려서 먹기만 해도 힘이 난다 ㅎㅎ 기름기가 있어서 조금 느글거리는게 단점이다. 그래도 역시 맛있다. 다음에도 또 해먹어야지!! 다음에는 더 잘 만들어 먹을 수 있을 것 같다
