Greetings my dear friends and faithful lovers of the elixir of life, such as coffee. Welcome to a new journey full of life experiences through my blog.

Today has been a relaxing Sunday, but at the same time where I have been challenged to get out of my comfort zone otherwise I would remain as an anchor submerged in my own limitations. I love to walk around this community and learn about the coffee shops and the diversity of coffee that exists, which has encouraged me to experiment with one of these varieties of coffee such as Mocca coffee.

A few days ago I visualized a tutorial of @niggyayo a friend of this platform of how he prepares from the comfort of his home a delicious coffee, which left me with the intention of encouraging me to do it and today after a teaching about the importance of leaving our comfort zone, it was the catapult I needed to turn my thoughts into a tangible action.

I set out to buy some ingredients to prepare it along with others that I already had at home. For this type of coffee I used: 100 grams of instant coffee, 300 milliliters of liquid milk, 150 grams of powdered milk, 100 grams of granulated chocolate, 50 grams of whipped cream powder, ice and sugar to taste.

As I did not have the whipped cream I had to prepare it previously and let me tell you that this was my first experience with this cream and as far as I can tell it turned out well, although I hope to perfect it with practice, I also did not have the liquid chocolate syrup, so I heated 100 milliliters of milk with granulated chocolate until I obtained a viscous mixture. Once all this was ready, we started the process.

I say we started because the whole family was attentive and accompanying me in the kitchen during the process. We added the ice in the blender, then I added the liquid milk, a cup of coffee concentrate, the powdered milk and let it blend for a few seconds and during the process I added liquid chocolate, granulated chocolate and sugar to taste.

Everything was ready, we just had to serve, but we wanted to decorate our glasses a little, so we used liquid chocolate and once the glasses were ready we poured the mixture and finished decorating it with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and a few drops of it, my children were very eager to try this new drink, we quickly took our picture and shared as a family.

I never cease to be surprised to be able to taste a delicious coffee from the comfort of my home and with my beloved team backing me up. With this I have been able to conclude that the limitations are only in my mind and that soon I will be sharing innovative experiences like these. Until a beautiful next installment comunity.

SALIENDO DE MI ZONA DE CONFORT // CAFÉ MOCCA [ENG-ESP]

Saludos mis estimados amigos y fieles amantes del elixir de la vida, como lo es el café. Bienvenidos a un nuevo recorrido lleno de experiencias de vida a través de mi blog.

Hoy ha sido un domingo relajante, pero al mismo tiempo donde he sido retada a salir de mi zona de confort de lo contrario me quedaría como un ancla sumergida en mis propias limitaciones. Me encanta pasear por esta comunidad y conocer por este medio las cafeterías y la diversidad de café que existe, lo cual me ha animado a experimentar en una de estas variedades del café como lo es el café Mocca.

Hace unos días visualice un tutorial de @niggyayo un amigo de esta plataforma de como preparo desde la comodidad de su hogar un delicioso café, lo cual me dejó con la intención de animarme hacerlo y hoy luego de una enseñanza sobre la importancia de salir de nuestra zona de confort, fue la catapulta que necesitaba para volver mis pensamientos una acción tangible.

Me dispuse a comprar algunos ingredientes para prepararlo junto a otros que ya tenía en casa. Para este tipo de café utilice: 100gramos de café instantáneo, 300 mililitros de leche líquida, 150 gramos de leche en polvo, 100 gramos de chocolate granulado, 50 gramos de polvo de crema chantilly, hielo y azúcar al gusto.

Como no tenía la crema chantilly tuve que prepararla previamente y déjeme decirle que este era mi primera experiencia con esta crema y dentro de lo que cabe me quedo bien, aunque espero perfeccionarla con la práctica, tampoco tenía el sirope de chocolate líquido, por lo que puse a calentar 100 mililitros de leche con chocolate granulado hasta obtener una mezcla viscosa. Una vez todo esto listo iniciamos con el proceso.

Digo iniciamos porque toda la familia estaba atenta y acompañándome en la cocina durante el proceso. Agregamos el hielo en la licuadora, luego le adicione la leche líquida, e una taza de café concentrada, la leche en polvo y dejamos licuar por unos pocos segundos y durante el proceso le agregué chocolate líquido, granulado y azúcar al gusto.

Ya estaba todo listo, solo nos quedaba servir, pero queríamos decorar un poco nuestros vasos, por lo que usamos chocolate líquido y una vez listo los vasos vertimos la mezcla y la terminamos decorando con la crema chantilly, sirope de chocolate y unas gotas del mismo, mis niños estaban muy ansiosos por probar está nueva bebida nos tomamos rápidamente nuestra foto y compartimos en familia.

No dejo de sorprenderme de poder degustar un delicioso café desde la comodidad de mi hogar y con mi amado equipo respaldándome. Con esto he podido concluir que las limitaciones solo están en mi mente y que próximamente les estaré compartiendo innovadoras experiencias como estas. Hasta una próxima entrega hermosa comunidad
