This is a picture of buttery, fluffy, delicious perfection. These are called puffy pancakes, some call them German Pancakes. They are delicious and only have four ingredients, Butter, milk, eggs, and flour.

I wanted to explore the Pacific Northwest this fall so we checked out Southeast Alaska, Seattle, and Victoria, Canada. We had a great time and although it drizzled on us the sights were quite amazing.
