When I think of Classic 1970's and 80's French Bodybuilder Serge Nubret, the only pose that immediately always comes to mind is this one.

Pictured: With his classic sunken abs and grainy hardness, this "Twisting most muscular ab and thigh" was his signature shot.

Pictured: old vs new. If you say "classic" or "bodyaugmentor" in the comments, I will tally up what you want to keep seeing. I love Branch (have hung out a few times) but, the modern boys also wanted to look like the classic guys. Branch looked amazing at the beginning of his pro career.

The guys now look like walking refrigerators.

There was one guy we used to call "the refrigerator" up here during his short lived career:)

I still watch the Olympia every year, but its more to see if the classic might come back and just from sheer fascination of watching people take it to the razor's edge of death for a trophy and not a lot of cash.

Back in the classic days...they had jobs and did bodybuilding because it was in their blood and in their hearts.
