The solution really is that people are educated. As I always say, education is the primordial thing for everyone, in that they have family planning, be loving with their children, educate them, and above all, that they also educate the politicians, that they know that the resources must be destined to this type of social work to support the children, who are the future of the world. I think that is what is currently needed, not only in Venezuela but in many countries.
