When I go back to DC I enjoy visiting my Alma Mater, The George Washington University (GW). I got my master there. I took a walk through campus on my way to dinner in the city. Let me show you around.

At 555 feet (169 meters) the Washington Monument is a very visible landmark in DC. Here it is in different seasons The monument is named after George Washington, the first president of the United States.
