Today I am going to teach you how to make a hive cardboard hat, very easy and simple to make, using very cheap and easily available materials. To make this beautiful hive hat we will need:

Cardboard sheet.
Foamy sheet or Eva foam.
Scissors.
Pencil or marker.
Decorative ribbon.
Rule.
Hot silicone applicator.

Process (step by step)

First, we draw a circle according to the measurement of the circumference of our head. We will obtain this measure with the help of a tape. This first circle will be the top of the hat.

Now, we draw a new circle around the previous circle with a distance of approximately 4 cm and proceed to cut to obtain the patterns of the cap and the brim or brim of our hat.

Once the brim of the hat is obtained, we trim its inner edge in the form of tabs. These tabs will allow us to unite the brim with the body of the hat.

Then, we make the body of the hat by cutting a rectangular strip to the measure of our head and approximately 15 cm wide. This width will define the height of our cap. Next, we must cut one of the side edges of the strip in the form of tabs. These tabs will allow uniting the body with the cover.

Now we attach the brim to the hat body using hot silicone. We must be careful to avoid burns.

Once the body and the brim are formed, we proceed to glue the hat cap. Remember to be careful to avoid burns.

Para hacer este precioso sombrero hive necesitaremos:

Lamina de cartón.

Lamina de foamy o Goma Eva.

Tijera.

Lápiz o marcador.

Cinta decorativa.

Regla.

Pistola de silicona caliente.

Procedimiento (paso a paso)

Primero, trazamos un círculo según la medida de la circunferencia de nuestra cabeza. Dicha medida la obtendremos con la ayuda de una cinta. Este primer círculo será la tapa del sombrero.

Ahora, trazamos un nuevo círculo alrededor de círculo anterior con una distancia de 4 cm aproximadamente y procedemos a recortar para obtener los patrones de la tapa y el ala o borde de nuestro sombrero.

Una vez obtenido el ala del sombrero, recortamos su borde interior en forma de pestañas. Dichas pestañas nos permitirán unir el ala con el cuerpo del sombrero.

Luego, fabricamos el cuerpo del sombrero recortando una tira rectangular a la medida de nuestra cabeza y con aproximadamente 15 cm de ancho. Dicho ancho definirá la altura de nuestra gorra. Seguidamente debemos recortar en forma de pestañas un de los bordes laterales de la tira. Estas pestañas permitirán unir el cuerpo con la tapa.

Ahora, unimos el ala con el cuerpo del sombrero utilizando silicona caliente. Debemos ser cuidadosos para evitar quemaduras.

Una vez formado el cuerpo y el ala procedemos a pegar la tapa del sombrero. Recuerden tener cuidado para evitar quemaduras.
