Monday. The weather was pleasant and mostly sunny with a comfortably cool breeze. I wanted to take it easy today. Go by things slowly. At snail speed so to speak. But somehow I still ended up with 20k+

Thursday. Took a walk in the morning, took a walk in the afternoon, took a walk in the evening. Business as usual. Yesterday's headaches are gone but I still feel a bit sluggish. I haven't had a test yet
