My Monday was polished off by a dinner work at my favourite Japanese restaurant in London - they know me well, and I'm probably one of the most difficult clients (due to my expectations). 😎😂 However, it was once again an incredible experience. For a change, I tried a smoked Japanese tea called "Shimada Sakura Smoked Wakocha" for the first time, and I have to admit, even though I am not a fan of smoky food, this tea was amazing. I learn that Shimada Sakura Smoked Wakocha tea is a unique smoked black tea from Shimada in Shizuoka Prefecture, it's a softly smoked over cherry blossom tree wood, giving it a smokey, fruity flavour. Complex overtones of sour cherry, leather, and tobacco abound in this warming flavour. 💫
Now it's time for me to resume to my regular job schedule at home.
Happy Tuesday everyone! 😍
