I love it when life is reduced to its simplest elements. Time stands still, the surroundings melt away, and all I hear are the succulent sounds of chopsticks on plate. All I feel is buttery fish melting

The sushi at SugarFish is so fresh, buttery and succulent. It really doesn't matter how terrible the day may have been. Sitting to a bottle of unfiltered saki and the freshest of seafood strips the shackles

Since the mid 1990s, I've eaten sushi at least three times per week. Some may think that consuming that much raw fish isn't healthy or is a bit obsessive, but hear (read) me out. For me, sushi is my comfort
