Day #1: What memory are you grateful for?
Day # 2: What Song on Your Playlist Makes You Feel Thankful?

Day 2 of my month-long challenge really made me stop and think. I'm not a huge "music" person. I mean, I like listening to music, but at this point in time, I'm not into any particular music by any artist. If I like a song, like the melody and the lyrics, I'd appreciate it and listen to it. My taste for music also varies with the occasion and mood I'm in. However, in this case, I do have in mind not a song but an entire playlist. It's my Eastern Harmony Meditation track composed of nine instrumental music.
I'm thankful for this playlist because it helps me relax and silence my mind. In fact, I'm listening to it while I'm working on this post. It calms me down and lets my ideas flow.
I remember that one of the early challenges in life that I needed to overcome was silencing my mind. I suppose the issue was not on thinking too much but on worrying too much, mainly about things that were beyond my control. Over the years, I have somehow found a way to let go and just let the energy flow. In doing so, I feel more energized and ready to face the realities of life.
Here's one of the songs on the playlist. I hope you'll find it helpful too.
