π METHOD: Slice 2 large Smokies into about 12 pieces each, brown in olive oil / add chopped Red Onions, Sliced Celery and garlic, brown for about 10 minutes / In Slow Cooker put your larger chopped potatoes in and toss them with Salt, pepper, season salt, garlic powder, and italian spice blend tossed in olive oil / Now put your fried up sausage mixture on top and stir, add 1 Large can of Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, Stir and let cook all afternoon on High, then when you go out or at around 5 or 6 pm, tun down to Low to eat all night long!
