Parece ser que la compra anticipada de Petro está vetada, tal y como he podido comprobar, y que sólo pueden acceder a ella los ciudadanos nacionalizados venezolanos que se registren en la web de Registro de Mineros de Criptomonedas, propiedad del Estado de Venezuela.

Como podéis apreciar, para poder registrarte necesitas un número válido de tarjeta de residencia venezolana o pasaporte venezolano.
Imagino que la única opción que queda para comprar Petro será que, o bien un venezolano te los compre y te los envíe a una cartera que los admita, o bien que después del 21 de Enero de 2018 se habilite su compra/venta en alguna casa de cambio.
