Is Richard Heart's Hex Coin Legit Or A Scam?

I was watching a video of Hive account@louisthomas on YouTube where he answered a few questions from his subscribers. Another famous crypto YouTuber, Kevin Sevenson asked: "What is the most exotic crypto project that you are interested in that people may not know about?"
Louis mentioned a few projects that I was already familiar with like decentraland, steem and voice. One of the projects that he mentioned was HEX. I had no idea what HEX was and since he mentioned it, it got me thinking.

I searched for HEX on coinmarketcap and found it. Since it is a project by Richard Heart, most of the people who know him are involved in HEX. The coin has been around for just two months and has done very well in a short span of time.

I started doing some research on the project and found that people had mixed opinions on HEX with negative ones having the upper hand. Many people think that Richard Heart is gonna exit scam.

I have always seen Louis Thomas mention good promising projects in his videos. This is probably the first one which isn't as clean according to some YouTubers.
