But before we begin let's just see together what is the purpose of Training Tuesdays? To be very precise #TrainingTuesdays are all about exploring exercises that can help you stay in shape and build muscle.

Instructions for the workout:-
The first 20 reps are to be performed at low intensity and then you sit for 30 seconds or till the time your heart rate comes back to normal.
Then you perform the next 20 reps at high-intensity so that you can get bigger gains.
WORD OF CAUTION: Only perform this workout when you're into working out for a minimum of 1 week.
