After a long hard day and you come home hungry, but don't want to fuss around in the kitchen, what would you do?
Get your parchment paper out, place a piece of fish, some chopped veggies: potato, carrot, tomato and onion around the fish. Season it with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Wrap them all up and place on a baking dish to bake for 30 minutes.
It is a dinner for one, fast, easy and no fuss! Not to mention it is healthier than eating out; plus satisfying your taste bud so much better.
This was my son's dinner that he made for himself! When he is home, he does most of the cooking, and he is quite a chef!
