It's Day 8 of our cleanse and our 5th day of juice fasting! Wow! If you have participated in the journey, you should be pretty proud of yourself right about now! I know I am!
My skin is looking more vital, my aches and pains are disappearing and my shoulder injury has improved by 75% at least! Incredible. I love the feeling of spaciousness inside and the increased energy and awakeness I'm experiencing.
On top of it all, we have officially arrived in the next level of the Age of Aquarious, having passed through yesterday's moon in the 7th house (in Virgo) with Jupiter aligned with Mars! You know what that means? THE 5TH DIMENSION!!
Let's enjoy a celebratory dance moment! In fact, I recommend that you take a few minutes every day to dance! Just 5 minutes, one of your favorite dance tunes, and you will get a great cardio burst that may also be used as an energizing distraction from hunger pangs or sentimental thoughts about food. Even on your lunch hour at work, you can turn on your iTunes and let loose for a refreshing celebration of being alive! So, come on! Get up and join me for a romp with the 5th Dimension! At this pivotal time in history, raising our vibrations through fasting, personal awareness and spiritual practice is so important. Jesus said, "Know thyself." And that sacred quest, the commitment to removing socially engineered mind-binding and truly looking within to the vastness of our inner dimensions, is the fulcrum that is catapulting us into 5D.
And with that mental morsel to chew on, let's get to the juice!
Lemon Apple lettuce Cucumber juice! Remember, organic is best!
1 lemon, peeled, with the white pith intact, cut into quarters
2 peeled cucumbers, quartered
1 head romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
2 green apples
If you love ginger, feel free to add a peeled inch
That should give you an ample quart of brain boosting, gut healing, delicious pick-me-up elixir! Enjoy!
In addition to your quart of boiled water with lemon, I recommend drinking mint tea, which will give your belly a sense of feeling full and freshen the lining of your intestines. All other herbal teas and decaf organic green tea are also on the menu through out our juice fast. If you feel like you must have something salty or savory or else you're going to break your fast, consider buying a tub of organic chickpea miso (not soy) and have a small spoonful of that mixed into boiled water (don't boil the miso, FYI, it will kill the good enzymes that are so beneficial for healing the lining of the gut) with a pinch of sea salt and tumeric mixed in. That should tide you over and get you through your cravings for the day.
Lunch and Dinner Juice:
Carrot celery parsley cabbage spinach juice with tomato and garlic!
3 lbs washed carrots
1 head of washed parsley
4 cups of spinach
4 medium peeled, seeded tomatoes
3 cloves peeled garlic
1/2 head green cabbage chopped
1 bunch of celery
You can juice the carrots separately on high rpms.
Alternate the rest of the veggies, juicing them on low rpms.
Mix the juices together and you should have an easy 64 oz. to enjoy through out the day. If possible, finish up you juice by 6pm and stick to water and herbal tea in the evenings.
This juice is an immune-system powerhouse and will wipe out any critters who are still hanging on for dear life within your intestinal tract. This combination will also give your endocrine system a needed boost and help to power up your adrenal glands and thyroid. Better yet, it tastes delicious. Stick a celery stock in your glass and pretend its a bloody mary! (you can juice that stalk later!)
Remember to drink at least 96oz of filtered water per day while fasting. This is critical, as hydration is a key goal in fasting and you need the extra fluid to wash the toxins out.
