Hello dear steemians !
I was waiting for today because this is the day when I check all the results of all my entire week of workouts and of course I'm curious how everything evolved. I was a little bit scared because I will drastically lose weight how I exponentially reduced my meal plans but I have to tell you that isn't like that.
From when I started my Dansformation workout challenge I had 77.1 KG, last week I had 77 KG and today when I put my ass on scale guess how many I had ? 77 KG ! I was like .. wtf this scale is working well ? and I tired second time , the same results :)
All these 6 weeks I've been around 77 KG with some ups and downs but not a big difference.
My goal is not to lose weight as I'm quite happy with how many kilos I have, I just want to lose fat ! So basically what I did till now in this period was just to replace the fat with muscle mass.
I feel great, I have a lot of energy, I sleep well, my mind is clear so all these tells me that what I do is well, just need to continue in this way and I'm sure that at the end of this transformation I will archive my main goal.
As I mentioned in previous posts, I track few parts of my body every week so here we have the results :

I never tracked my body before but is quite funny and interesting because based on the results I know if I did well the entire weeks or not.
I need to put more effort around my belly as there I still have a lot of fat to burn ! But with all these changes I'm sure that is possible.
I also have to say that this week wasn't cheat days anymore, no alcohol, no soda, no extra sugars, no candy, no junk food and other related stuff. I got used to get rid off them, almost all food changed his taste from when I quite the above mentioned foods in a better way.
I also use to make a video report with my evolution so here we go :
Few posts back I mentioned about a documentary called Fat , Sick, Almost Death which changed my way of thinking about food, before I was eating very disorderly but after seeing that documentary I better understand how everything works.
Last night I watched part 2 (i didn't know that exists) of that documentary and I have to say that I really loved. So if I shared with you the first part I was thinking to share the second part too, because like I didn't know about the part 2 maybe some of you who watched will get interested how some characters from part 1 evolved after few years in part 2.
I guess it's a great watch for a Sunday evening, especially if you have health issues.
