- Get 50 grams cocoa butter.
- Heat it mildly until it`s melted.
- Add 60 grams of Honey and stir well until it is mixed well.
- Now make sure the temperature is less or about 40 degrees.
- Make sure your chocolate is around 33 degrees when it`s done.
- Now add 40 grams of cocoa powder into it and mix well until it runs smoothly without any chunks in it.
7.Refrigerate for about 2 hours and enjoy the delicious dark chocolates.
