The first picture is for the cover,
That is the default.
Recently,
I tried it https://www.steemcn.org
Feature selected with this media cover.
As at the bottom of the screenshot,
There are 2 ways.
- Upload pictures yourself.
2.Enter the URL to be used as the cover.
My personal habits,
To be a cover image, often in the article,
At this moment,
I will upload the article first,
After the upload is complete,
Will get the URL of each picture within the article.
Using edit,
After entering,
At the URL of the cover, enter the URL, and the cover is updated.

如截图的最下方，
有2种方法。
1.自行上传图片。
2.自行输入要做为封面的网址。
我个人的习惯，
要做为封面的图片，经常就在文章之中，
这时候，
我会先上传文章，
发布完成之后，
会获得文章之内，各图片的网址。
使用编辑，
进入之后，
在封面的网址处，输入网址，就更新封面了。
