Coconut Macaroons
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I decided to try out a locally-made treat called Macaroons which is a Coconut-based mini cake that is sweet and fudgy. I really love Macaroons because of the Coconut taste and the Coconut bits adds a different texture to the cake that makes it special. I especially like these local Macaroons because it is not overly-sweet and I like how they added a little bit of flour to the recipe to make it a bit more cakey and not just fudgy.
