It feels so good to be able to fully get into my 120 Day Plan. I wasn't able to start yoga yet; thank should be tomorrow. My morning meditations are framing my mind, and water and pink salt in my first bottle of water is once again staving off those afternoon food cravings. It's a 1/2 tsp. of lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. pink salt in a half liter of water. That's also how I prep my water when hiking.
I did get in some yard work, and felt great after a four mile evening walk. The result was shedding two pounds. There's three more to lose to be where I started this journey six days ago. I put all of those on while eating foods that squelched the cold. One thing at a time.
I also put up a PEAKD post showing the foundations of a breakfast bowl that works great for me. I'd love to here what variations you might incorporate.
