We can make such delicious noodles literally in a few minutes and we have a healthy dish
3 products needed: (for one person 1 egg, 1 cheese, approx. Glass of flour)
portion for 2 people:
2 homogenized, vanilla cheeses for example: Danio
2 eggs
1.5 - 2 glasses of wheat flour
Put the two eggs in a bowl, add homogenized cheese
and wheat flour (first 1.5 glasses and add flour, mix,
until the dough is thick
we collect the dough with a large spoon and we throw the other dough out of the spoon into the boiling water
the size of the dumplings depends on your taste :)
we cook 2 minutes after it has surfaced
strain off with a colander
We put on a plate
can be poured with melted butter, sprinkled with sugar (or additionally with cinnamon)
