At 123kg after 6 months.
It's been a hard couple of months. With a persistent chest infection and And a hip injury. That I recently aggravated again.
I am currently confined to the bed and the couch. Which on the bright side has made me focus on my diet more.
Simply trying to hit 500-1000 kcals deficit, Which at my height and weight isn't too hard and leaves plenty of room for the delicious food.
I've been getting a bit lazy over Christmas and with a new girlfriend. But seeing the last few kilos fall off in the last week or two has reinvigorated me. I'm hoping to put in a strong few months and lose another 13 kilo.
So that's the plan get to 110 kilo. And then maybe take a lazy month or two,were I plateau. Then reaccess, and see if I want to lose more and go for 100kg
