No, this is not a hate post about gaining weight. :P I'm posting this to tell you how much I want to gain weight. Tips, anyone? Hehe.

The left photo shows how thin I was. 38kgs and my height is 5'2. So underweight!!! Promise, I eat a lot, as in a loooot! I can finish 5-6 cups of rice, I'm not kidding! I've tried almost everything to get fat. Consuming calories more than the normal, sleeping early, less stress, and others. Nothing, aaaaall ineffective.
So, my friend told to eat a lot PLUS workout. At first, I didn't believe him because... workout? All that came to my mind was I will not gain when I workout. I will just lose everything, blablabla... But then, I tried. And boom! It worked! Please refer to the photo above (right side). Gained 3 kilos in 3 months (yes, big achievement for me!)
What did I do?
Weight exercises and VERY MINIMAL cardio workouts. From 38kgs to 47kgs (present) :)
