I'm unclear on what you're trying to say in a few cases. I wasn't quite sure on these points:
- How do you define a drug?
- What makes a drug different from a food?
- What do you mean by un-structured water?
There's also a couple of things that you said that appeared to contradict the "drug" advice that you gave previously:
- Do you feel that coffee is a drug? Why or why not?
- What are your olives marinated in? Or are they not pickled?
I'm an omnivore. I enjoy meat, cheese, fruit and lots of vegetables, but I am looking to reduce my intake of fats and have been considering trying out a few vegan meals a week.
While I don't think I necessarily agree with all of your claims, I like the overall idea of eating more fresh produce and shying away from processed junk. Your food looks tasty!
