Today my post is about health related , every one know health is best and health is wealth. if health is good then life is good. so how can we keep our health good , here simple solutions we should use vegetalbes, in our diet. there dozen vegetables that protect us from many disease. but in this age we like hot dish, and spicy food.
but before eating spicy food, we should have this points in mind that spicy food are harm full, like burger, burger increase weight and also Cholesterol level increase in our blood.
Cholesterol level should be normal in our blood and body. if we wana control our body and wana keep protect our body from diseases then we should use vegetables in our daily diet and food.

corn is very taste seed vegetable, that is available all over the world very easily, but we do not give it importance. we can use corn flovor in bread, in all things. pop corn also are very good for health. so use corn as pop corn food. corn is very use full for health patients.
cucumber is very useful diet vegetable, i know every person use cucumber as salad, but we can eat cucumber for body protection, cucumber is usefull for skin, if any woman use cucumber in night time to clean pumple , it will be very use full for her beauty.
