Here's a photo of my latest batch of homebrew - ginger beer that's been in the fermenter for 8 days. Came out to about 20 liters in total. 3 weeks. In the bottle and it should be perfect!
Anyone else brew their own alcohol? Mulberry wine is next on the list for me!
