season and dredge 4 cube steaks in flour. I use Montreal steak seasoning in mine. Fry in a 16 inch cast iron skillet in about two tablespoons of olive oil until browned. Add water to cover the steaks and add 1-2 teaspoons of beef bullion power or 1-2 bullion cubes. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 2 hours. You end up with fork tender meat cooked in a nice graey. Add mashed potatoes and your fav vegetable for a complete meal.
