It's good if you give a new experience to the brain. What we continually do is keep the brain and keep it as a memory. Doing something outside of the habit is a new experience in the brain. It prevented brain recurrence.
The first episode of the two episodes today, with regard to the prevention of memory, and some of the mental exercises for keeping your mind cheerful.
Keep the brain alert
When giving a new experience to the body, physical sensation - listening, seeing, tasting, smelling, touching - combined with emotional sensations, creates more connections between different parts of the brain. Nerve cells produce brain nutrition which helps dramatically increase memories and strengthens neighboring cells and makes aging effects much more resistant.
Brush your teeth with the left hand
Most of us do most of our work with the right hand. The reason is that the right part of our brain is more sensitive. Through research, it is said that the use of the other side of the brain causes a rapid and significant expansion of various parts of the cortex. So if you are right, apply the toothpaste in the brush with the left hand and brush your teeth with the left hand. And if you are left-handed then do the work with the right hand.
Close the bath and close the eyes
Our hands can monitor the different postures of the body, which our eyes can not see and provide that information in the brain. Close the eyes to give a new experience to the brain. But fix the water temperature in the eyes open.
Bringing changes in morning activities
We do the tasks regularly and repeatedly, the brain directs those actions to more or the work of that work is done in the brain. Your brain will not think of new work until you give him a new job. In almost every family, everyone has a separate chair, which is eaten at all. It is normal for you. But the new experience is good for your brain, so you can flip or change your home's food table chair as you wish.
