Brownies
½ C coconut oil
1 C sugar
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
½ C all-purpose flour
¼ baking powder
1/3 C cocoa powder
¼ t salt
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix oil and sugar together and add vanilla and eggs and mix until combined. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. Add your dry ingredients to your wet and mixture until incorporated. Pour your mixture into a greased 9x9 square pan and bake 20 mins or until you see the sides pulling away from the pan. Cool completely and then cut.
