Going Plant Based/Vegan is not easy. Some people don’t even get a real choice in the matter (I’ll go more into that later). So I figured that you might want some tried and true tips that can help with the transition or even if you want to do Meatless Mondays.

For the actual science behind plant based eating check out Dr. Michael Greger’s website Nutrition Facts. He also has an app Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen, both for Apple & Google Play. As well as his books How Not To Die & now the How Not To Die Cookbook.
