Its the weekend I had a few delicious meals past few days, so I thought to my self I need to sweat a little and kickstart my weekend.
I'll be focusing on the upper-body since my legs are still sore.
WARMUP through the weights
UpperBody
- Incline Chest Press with DB's
- Ring Pull Ups
- Handstand Pushups
3x max reps each no rest in-between
__ - Upright row
- Rack Pulls
- Pull overs
3x Max Reps no rest inbetween
__ - Ring Dips
- Lat Pull Downs
- Bent Over Flys for rear delts
3X No Rest between Max Sets
