Great to be back Dlive, it's been awhile! I took 2 weeks off from training which took a toll on my work/life balance. My bloodsugars are out of wack and sleep quality is pretty poor.
I told my self that I'll wake up and get right into my accountability partner throw the stream on and workout.
WORKOUT:
I'll be basic focusing on lightweight and stretching the muscle, with chest, some pulls,arms, shoulders.
