The wogs here call 'em chayvarpi and they spell it in their funky alphabet "čevapi" where the letter c with the accent above it = "ch".
Now, I can't say that I haven't acquired a taste for these little buggers, but what I do love about them is that there are practically no leftovers, even after the meal is over, they stay in the pot and everyone from time to time grabs one to munch on!
