Doteyaki is a signature food of Osaka. I ate at a restaurant "Tengu".
大阪名物のどてやき。串カツで有名な新世界の名店「てんぐ」で食べました。
This is a dish which Beef fillet with a skewer and boiled with miso base sauce.You will want to drink beer.This is different from A signature food of Nagoya "Doteni", Miso is different,maybe.
牛すじ肉を串に刺して味噌ベースのタレで煮込んだビールに合う一品です。名古屋名物のどて煮とは、味噌が違うのかな？こちらは白味噌ベースです。
Of course, I got Kusikatsu, too.Kushikatsu is beef cutlets with skewer. It was juicy and delicious♪♪
もちろん、串カツも頂きました(´∀｀)ここのはジューシーで美味しかったな♪♪

昼過ぎでしたが、お店は繁盛してましたよ♪♪昼からたくさんの人がお酒を飲んでいました。
