This site continuations to my first video.
After doing the same as I did,it will be a very simple way of cooking.
Only garlic is the main spices you need then add salt according to your taste.
There will be an option if you are going to mix it with meat.
Bring the meat.or chicken to boiled until tender then add the minced spinach with garlic and return to the fire for 5min.
But for a better healthier life,I suggest pure spinach with garlic and salt.Your bones problem,hypertension and blood sugar will decrease.
