HI every one i would like to share my RECIPE for today. i cook CHICKEN TINOLA in filipino call as TINOLANG MANOK with MALUNGGAY leaves, Malunggay is also another healthy alternative because it is packed with vitamins and minerals which are good for nursing moms and kids as well.
INGREDIENTS:
Garlic
Ginger
2pcs Sayote
MAlunggay
1 kilo CHICKEN
Oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Heat the cooking oil in a cooking pot.
- saute the garlic, onion & ginger in cooking oil.
- Add the chicken
- You can now add your sayote or green papaya and cook until tender.
- I added water and waited until it started to boil.
- Add the MALUNGGAY LEAVES
- Add salt or patis to taste
- Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
