Hi all!
Today I'm doing some basic high intensity circuit training and I thought I would test out a workout livestream!
Come chill and feel free to ask any questions you might have.
The circuit involves pushups, toe touches, squats and knee taps. Each exercise is done for 1min for 3 sets.
This workout is part of my training for a 12km obstacle course race and is based on preparation guides for special forces selection.
