Recently, I have been experimenting with fantastic flavors at home. Being winter now, this is also a great way to keep the body healthy. A good mixture of spicy and sweet goes a long way when it comes to juice. So satisfying! Try these, you will not be disappointed. The names I made up myself...
Juice 1 - Flaming Grimbino
Lemon
Ginger
Fresh Jalapeno (Chopped and seeds removed)
A hint of strawberry
Orange
Add more or less Jalapeno depending on the flavor you are looking for. I prefer quite a bit of heat, perhaps add some seeds :) Make sure you serve all juice over ice.
Juice 2 - The bad root
Niugini Organic coconut oil
Lime
Hint of chilli seed
Beetroot
Carrot
Pineapple
This is a real treat. Beetroot dominates the color as you can see above.
Juice 3 - Ginger Megs
Ginger – be careful though not to add excessive amounts
Beetroot
Apple
Habanero hot sauce
Pear
Juice is full of sugar, so perhaps not everyday. I think juice is a great way to start the day or accompany a healthy meal, two to three times a week.
